Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days prior to shipment. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take 7–10 business days.
After shipping:
• U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 10–20 business days

Yes, we ship internationally. If your country is not available at checkout, please email us at info@centerstagemerch.com and we will review adding it to our system.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please email info@centerstagemerch.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept domestic U.S. returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original condition. We do not accept international returns.
Sale items and tour merchandise are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges can be initiated through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. If the requested item or size is sold out, you may request a refund instead. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may have the return rejected unless the issue was present when received.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact info@centerstagemerch.com before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve it directly.
Chargeback investigations can take up to 75 business days, and accounts that initiate chargebacks without contacting support first may be restricted from future purchases until the matter is resolved.
